We are currently seeking Grass Maintenance Operatives to join our team for seasonal highway and public footpath maintenance work. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping public areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and vegetation control along highways and public footpaths
- Operation of handheld tools including strimmers and hedgecutters
- General grounds maintenance duties as required
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience using strimmers and handheld hedgecutters
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the work
- Awareness of health and safety practices in outdoor environments

Overtime Details
Overtime calculation based on 500 hours per year (Highest company overtime 2024 – 572 hours).
